Cha Cha's February 2011 Litter

Cha Cha had a beautiful litter of 9 puppies on February 19th, 2011!

We have 5 girls and 4 boys!  The puppies are very advanced for their age!  The little Blue Boy was barking before his eyes opened!!  I thought I was imagining it!  But I watched and watched and finally I saw the little stinker put his head back and "Bark"!!!  I saw it with my own eyes!!!  It was so darn cute!!!  At two weeks they were climbing out of the whelping box... so I put the little gate up... oh ... no ... that wasn't about to keep them in... they decided to climb up on the pig railing and climb up to the top!  I was afraid they would some how manage to get over the top and fall, so I let them out to be in a larger space... Well the little Black Russian puppies decided that they would find a way to get out of the dog door in our bedroom.... Yes, it was time for the puppy pen.. that has a top on it!!
